Description
In the series of works entitled ' Water ' Maria Chrisou uses this element basing mainly on it’s symbolic value as a vital element of our intangible status.
Morover, the need- agony of the man to keep the element of "water" inside him, is being ymplied. This appears most vividly in works that the water does not make clear his presence but it is implied.
The water is colorless, odorless, tasteless but at the same time, it is essential for our physical existence. Trough these properties the drawing –sketching intention of the artist for simple lines, can be explained.
